The Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo steals the show in Geneva

Porsche’s Mission E surprised everyone three years ago when it was unveiled at the Frankfurt International Auto Show. Today, a new version of Mission E has once again surprised everyone, this time at the Geneva Motor Show. It’s the Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo, a rugged wagon version of the electric sedan scheduled for 2019.

500 kilometers of range in the Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo

The Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo will accommodate four passengers, but what really matters is found under the hood. Indeed, the Cross Turismo promises 500 kilometers of range and Porsche states that the wagon can get 100 kilometers of range in just 4 minutes thanks to an 800 V charger. Obviously, the challenge will be to find a charging station that can provide that kind of power.

A 100% electric motor with more than 600 horsepower will power the Mission E Cross Turismo which will be able to reach 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. While the Mission E is confirmed, it is not yet known if the Cross Turismo version will ever see the light of day. If so, it will probably not be for a while.
