MINI is in renewal mode in regards to its lineup. After the unveiling of the new MINI Cooper, presented at the end of last year, the British automaker is now preparing to introduce the new MINI Clubman as a concept at the Geneva Auto Show next week.
According to MINI, the next generation Clubman will be more spacious and luxurious than the current model. The Clubman will also be equipped with four doors, this time with the ability to open in a more traditional manner. However, the rear will have two doors that open on each side as opposed to a regular door that lifts up.
Inside, the Clubman offers space for 5 passengers, along with a new interface that is integrated with the center console and a selection of unique materials, according to MINI.
In terms of the exterior, and based on the images of the concept, a redesigned grille is revealed, along with larger, more imposing headlights. The concept is 26 centimeters longer than the current model, with an increased width of 17 centimeters.
